We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Collections Associate

 

In this role, you will:

  • Performing Collection function for unsecured lending (Credit cards, Consumer Finance and Personal Line of Credit) for accounts between 0- and 60-days delinquent
  • Ensure set KPI targets are achieved both individually and as a team
  • Ensure that the dialer productivity targets are met both individually and as a team
  • Ensure that Call coaching and Call monitoring reviews are passed at the benchmark set
  • Ensure that the set flow rates are achieved
  • Ensuring Desk Instruction Manuals and Local Collections Manuals are read on a periodic basis and adhered to
  • Ensure that online learning is completed
  • Ensure that Band targets are met on a regular basis

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Excellent communication/skills – both conversational and written.
  • Ability to work using a variety of systems on a computer.
  • Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude –team player
  • Deal with an array of complex delinquency situations, employing effective decision-making skills and knowledge when applying resolution tools that best meets the needs of the customers.
  • Empathetic approach while connecting with the customer.

 

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
