We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Clearing and Settlements Processor.

In this role, you will:

• Run (AVALOQ) system reports and receive depositary reports via custodians’ system etc. concerning Settlement.
• Co-ordinate with brokers / counterparties to monitor failed trades status.
• Create/validate all system entries for derivatives trades and cash movements.
• Investigation of securities and cash reconciliation differences.
• Create all necessary system input relating to securities transfers and monitor the status with counterparties and custodians
• Liaise with Front Office concerning securities transfers.
• Liaise with Dealing team concerning trade settlement affecting Bank Investment Portfolios.
• Ensure where required replies received in good time from Front Office / Dealing team.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Knowledge of the banking industry.
• Computer skills: MS Office.
• Analytical skills and well organized.
• Good communication skills, team player and client oriented.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
