We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of CSE - D - Processing.
The Opportunity:
The role is in-charge of processing HSI/HBUS Clearing and settlements, with a focus on exceptions handling from pre-matching, value date and fails management.
The role will focus on processing for HSI/HBUS Settlements from pre-matching, VD and failing trades.
In this role, you will:
Impact on the Business
- Role is heavily invested on exceptions handling
- Covers pre-matching and same day settlement
- Covers fails management and investigation for HIS/HBUS
- If not back filled, this will impact the daily management of BAU risks exposing possibilities of Ops failure

- Smooth settlement of trades without delays
- Timely escalation of critical items
- Excellent client service experience

- Should be able to work well with colleagues

- Must be able to balance work and personal matters
Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Must be pro-active in escalating issues
- Should be a keen observer with eye-for-detail

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- College graduate
- Good communication skills
- Can multi-task
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, etc
- Keen to details
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
