We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analysis - STRATEGY & CHANGE - NON STRAT.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • Project delivery that may be but not limited to Regulatory and market initiatives, new business, business requirements gathering and reporting, process improvement initiatives.
  • Active stakeholder management and partnership with CRB Officers and/or SLT and their delegates – this will be key criteria for the success of CRB change program.
  • Oversight and governance of change priorities / enhancements
  • Governance of change and chair of related forums and delivery workstream
  • Partner with Operation, IT, vendors and industry players to assess feasibility of implements new technology and solutions.
  • Regular reporting of project activities in Clarity, in line with Business Transformation Framework for MSS Ops change.
  • Interaction with the line management and change management team in London, Hong Kong, France, US and Service Centers supporting a global balance sheet
  • Business engagement and regular management updates on initiatives
  • Support target operating model activities, where applicable

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record of change management and business development within a large organisation, Business analysis skill is essential.
  • Process documentation and mapping experience within Global Markets.
  • Must have knowledge and experience of collateral management and client valuations.
  • Good level of understanding on Collateral Regulatory mandates impacting industry such as Margin Rules, Collateral Reporting under EMIR/DFA, Margin Booking and Allocation,etc
  • A strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge is a requirement.
  • Analytical mind with excellent judgement and decision making skills to identify exceptions in process handling.
  • Ability to drive out details and question procedures employed to deliver quality services.
  • Organised, adaptable and self-driven to achieve collective information both formally and informally from Subject Matter Experts.
  • Excellent relationship buildt with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards.
  • Previous experience of working with a Vendor would be beneficial
