We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analysis - OPS OPTIMISATION - EXE_MNL.
Principal responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis workstream for medium-to-large transformation programs.
- Facilitate senior-level workshops to define business needs, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
- Challenge existing processes and propose strategic improvements aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Own the creation and governance of key artefacts (BRDs, functional specs, target-state process designs, business cases).
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable delivery plans and solution requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between business, technology, operations, and risk functions.
- Oversee UAT strategy, testing governance, and adoption readiness across stakeholder groups.
- Influence decision-making by providing thought leadership, data-driven insights, and scenario analysis.
- Ensure alignment of change initiatives with regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and control standards.
Requirements
- Process mapping & analysis - Managing the capture, analysis and documentation of business process (including IT processes)
- Process re-engineering
- Ability to lead workshops
- Comprehension of ‘Lean’ processing preferably with formal project qualification, for example Six Sigma
- Very strong investigative and analytical skills
- Asset Services knowledge a strong advantage
- Global perspective
- Good understanding of operational risk
- Excellent relationship building skills – to manage both internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Very strong communication, escalation and issue management skills. Experience of interaction with senior stakeholders
- Leadership skills for constantly changing environment.
- Operations experience within a similar environment.
