We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate – Fixed Income Debt Securities.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • The role is processing trade allocation, a critical process in facilitating trade settlement on time. Following settlement market cut off, the role is crucial in ensuring trades are prepared to settle.
  • Team size and where the role sits in structure: Trade and Position Management Processor (1 attrition among the six GCB 8) to report to Trade and Position Management Manager GCB 6
  • This process ranges from fixing and updating static set up, client, Front Office, internal teams coordination, producing client MI for further analysis in improving customer experience.
  • The processor will be part of the non-strategic team managing non-priority clients who trade with HSBC on 5 different entities.
  • The processor will be expected to complete all daily duties required – including answering emails/calls/chats as well as clients who are assigned.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • A degree in accounting/finance/management/business administration is preferred but not required 
  • Confidence and genuine curiosity
  • Strong culture of ethics and integrity. 
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently is a requirement
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
