We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of iOS applications using modern Apple technologies
• Own iOS technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices
• Provide hands-on leadership through coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality features
• Mentor and coach iOS engineers to grow capability and raise the bar across the team
• Drive technical decisions on architecture, frameworks, tooling, CI/CD, testing, and release management
• Ensure application quality via unit/UI testing, automation, accessibility, and secure coding practices
• Identify and resolve performance, memory, crash, scalability issues; support production RCA and long-term remediation
• Lead estimation, technical planning, and risk management; advocate maintainability and operational excellence while staying current with Apple platform updates and industry trends

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Swift for iOS development
• Strong hands-on experience with UIKit, SwiftUI, Combine, Redux-style state management, pub/sub patterns, and core iOS SDKs
• Solid grasp of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture)
• Proven modular design skills with a focus on testability and TDD
• Experience delivering secure, high-performing apps (API integration, authentication, automated testing, performance optimisation)
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and end-to-end mobile release processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in cross-functional teams
• Experience in enterprise, fintech, or other regulated environments, with deep expertise in secure storage/biometrics (Keychain, Touch ID/Face ID, encryption, network security)
