We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President – Taxation
Principal responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to meet transfer pricing arm’s length requirements and ensure compliance with group principles and OECD (The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development ) guidelines, across global business and global functions, with a key focus in global cost recharges and shareholder costs.
- Assist with TP(Transfer Pricing) documentation to evidence and support the arm’s length pricing applied across global business and global functions. Including preparation of the Group Master File and assist with preparing UK (United Kingdom) local files for circa 20 entities.
- Assist with tax authority and regulatory audit evidence gathering.
- Attend UK TP team meetings and UK Tax team meetings. Participate in UK tax team training.
- Maintain HSBC internal control standards including the timely implementation of the internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
To be successful you will:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- 8-10 years transfer pricing advisory experience
- Financial Services transfer pricing experience
