  • Own assigned third-party engagements and ensure all risk activities (tasks/metrics) are completed accurately and on time in OneTPM, in line with the Third-Party Risk Policy and Framework.
  • Maintain a clear view of engagement risks (with heightened focus for material/critical suppliers) and escalate issues/deficiencies to the Risk Owner where required.
  • Identify, track, and drive closure of control deficiencies and supplier performance issues, ensuring evidence-based remediation.
  • Drive supplier performance through effective management of SLAs/KPIs, service improvement plans, and operational practices.
  • Monitor and challenge service delivery across availability, capacity, patching/vulnerability remediation, backup/restore, DR readiness; incident/problem/change; release coordination; call quality/IVR/ACD performance; vendor release management/roadmap alignment; configuration/tenant controls.
  • Run the agreed governance cadence (bi-weekly operational calls, monthly service reviews, QBRs, executive meetings) and ensure actions are tracked to closure, building relationships across Technology, Operations, Risk, Procurement/Commercial, InfoSec, Resilience/BCM, Finance, and supplier leadership.

To be successful, you will ,

  • Bring proven experience managing technology suppliers/third parties, ideally within financial services.
  • Have a strong understanding of operational risk and controls and experience operating within risk appetite.
  • Demonstrate the ability to improve supplier outcomes (SLA performance, stability, remediation delivery).
  • Communicate and influence effectively, engaging stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership.
  • Be able to prioritise, work independently, and deliver under pressure in a cross-functional, global environment.
  • Have working knowledge of regulatory expectations impacting third-party arrangements.
  • Be proficient with JIRA/Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Show disciplined execution on OneTPM hygiene, governance cadence, and action closure (high-quality MI, minimal overdue items).
