We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• To understand the release cycles within GPE and aligned testing associated with it.
• Troubleshoot GPE Application related issues that arise in the non-prod environment.
• Manage automation initiatives required for the stable functioning of the environments like healthchecks / monitoring. Triage and escalate High priority Incidents to get focused resolutions.
• Communicate with regional/country project teams, technical leads and Asset teams. Drive root cause analysis with involved teams.
• Analyse issues monthly and run continuous improvement cycles for incidents.
• Raise engagement with partner application / other teams to facilitate the issue resolution.
• Engage and drive resolution where necessary; aiding support to SME’s from application teams to facilitate resolution.
• Report updates for ongoing issues to stakeholder. Communicate technical information clearly, simply and concisely.

To be successful, you will:

• Good understanding of environment management with hands on experience of managing multiple test environments. Must have strong UNIX and shell scripting experience.
• Basic knowledge on middleware products like WAS/MQ. Experience of DevOps tools like Jenkins, GITHUB. Experience of Control-M, Connect Direct (C:D).
• Experience of deployment / change pipelines like CI / CD
• Flexible to work in shifts, on weekends, after work hours and on call support as per the need of the project. Basic understanding of the Payment flow and banking processes.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data).
• Stakeholder Management skills.
• Strong analytical skills supported by problem solving skills & attitude
• Ability to work independently with a hands-on approach
