We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

About the Role:Own the end to end analysis and design outcomes for UI/UX-led technology initiatives across Debt, Post Trade, and Asset Services (including Corporate Actions). This role bridges business intent and technical execution—translating complex workflows into intuitive, efficient, and controllable user experiences. You will apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, documentation, and testing, while ensuring solutions meet regulatory, operational, and usability standards

In this role, you will:

• Lead user research (interviews, shadowing, journey mapping) to identify pain points and prioritise improvements.
• Produce and govern artefacts such as epics/features, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, functional specs, wireframes and traceability.
• Develop or manage prototypes (low to high fidelity) and run usability testing to validate design choices.
• Act as senior BA/technical analyst through build, test and deployment to ensure solutions are delivered as designed.
• Manage senior stakeholder expectations with crisp communication, clear decisions and transparent risk/issues.
• Lead and mentor junior BAs; review outputs and improve standards for UX-led analysis and documentation.
• Use AI tools responsibly for drafting/summarising requirements, generating test scenarios, analysing defects and accelerating documentation.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Strong senior BA/technical analyst experience delivering UI/UX-centric initiatives (web apps, workflow tools, dashboards).  
• Solid domain knowledge in post-trade and/or Debt Markets, Asset Services and Corporate Actions.  
• Excellent documentation discipline (version control, standards and governance) and ability to simplify complex workflows.  
• Strong Agile/DevOps delivery mindset; experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations.  
• Outstanding communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

What additional skills will be good to have? 

• Familiarity with market connectivity/trading workflows and/or middleware/integration patterns. 
• Exposure to accessibility standards and design systems.  
• Experience using analytics.
