We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Vice President, Strategic Sourcing

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the Global Head of Workforce Sourcing and other Category Leads and Regional Heads to deliver against the identified portfolio of initiatives with a focus on the end to end management of Consultancy.
  • Ensure a robust governance process is embedded within source to contract practices that aligns across all of Workforce Sourcing
  • Utilise advanced skills in analysis/synthesis in the application of a range of commercial models, with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and value creation.
  • Manage our key strategic supplier relationships.
  • Monitor buying channel compliance, for the business/function with whom they own the Procurement relationship and drives corrective action as necessary, both individually and via the Categories resource pool.
  • Drive the right business outcomes with advanced subject matter expertise during the execution of projects.
  • Support the local business in ensuring that the outputs of sourcing projects are embedded in the business to drive value through the contract lifecycle.
  •  Ensure maximum contractual protection for the business, taking into account the Procurement Handbook requirements and local regulatory issues.
  • Ensure that businesses have operational accountability for contracts after execution and work with the Third-Party Risk Management team to drive appropriate deployment of the supplier relationship and risk management framework.
  • Provide robust reports on progress against targets, Preferred Supplier List and buying channel compliance.
  • Responsible for managing various indirect procurement categories including Application Software and IT services, Professional Services and also oversee the other commodities.
  • Monitor the complete procurement cycle from vendor sourcing, tendering, commercial evaluation, recommendation, and contract negotiation.
  • Lead RFx process for assigned spend categories.
  • Negotiate contracts in accordance with best practices, assist the business owner in creating a MSA/SOW/SLA, providing clarity and addressing all business user requirements, and facilitates the collection of additional data from vendor as required to support business needs.
  • Identify potential contractual terms and conditions improvement opportunities for re-negotiation.
  • Understand and work with business users to adhere to Global Procurement processes and policies.
  • Analyze and develop different KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Build trust and credibility across internal stakeholder community by demonstrating required expertise and supports in all procurement-related activities.
  • Manage strategic supplier relationship and performance management initiatives.
  • Develop and enhance procurement process that are focused on value creation and improving efficiency; ensure compliance with established procurement policies.
  • Ensuring full compliance with relevant FIMs, including but not limited to:
  • Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
  • Outsourcing and Procurement Policies
  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption (AB&C)
  • Records Management
  • Embedding control checks and governance gates across the end-to-end sourcing process—from strategic planning through to contract execution and supplier management.
  • Driving policy adherence through consistent documentation, transparent decision-making, and timely approvals within sourcing platforms and internal control systems.
  • Participating in internal reviews and audits, providing clear evidence of control effectiveness and taking ownership for timely remediation of identified issues.
  • Monitoring supplier engagements to ensure ongoing compliance with contractual, regulatory, and operational obligations.



The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

  • 10 + Years of relevant exp in strategic sourcing exp and procurement primarily in IT Category
  • Domain: Banking experience is added advantage, understanding of Risk, Compliance, regulatory environment
  • Proficient in sourcing & Procurement systems COUPA (Current system in use), Oracle (Fusion), SAP
  • Proficient in Drafting/Tracking Contracts
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Office tools, PPT)
  • Proficient in Procurement operations functions
  • Understanding of Vendor management and supplier, spend management/analysis
  • Good to have SRM, Supplier performance management
