We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialis 

In this role you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for liquidity capabilities including cash concentration structures, notional/physical pooling (where applicable), interest allocation, sweeping, liquidity reporting, and intraday/overnight processing.
  • Drive delivery across key integrations typically required in liquidity ecosystems (channels, payments, core banking/ledger, limits, pricing, reference data, reporting/MI).
  • Own delivery of large, multi-workstream cloud programmes (modernisation, re-platforming, migration, decommissioning).Establish delivery governance: integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, quality gates, and SteerCo cadence.Drive predictable execution across Agile/SAFe and hybrid delivery models.
  • Provide technical leadership for cloud-native/cloud-hosted solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), including CI/CD, environment strategy, release orchestration, and cutover.Ensure non-functional requirements are met: security, resilience, performance, scalability, observability, DR, data integrity, and operational readiness.Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Cyber Security, and SRE/Operations to align to enterprise standards and target-state architecture.
  • Lead large transformation programmes with measurable outcomes (time-to-market, resilience, cost optimization, platform adoption).
  • Own programme financials: budget planning, forecasting, run-rate tracking, CapEx/OpEx management, and benefits tracking.Drive cost transparency and optimization without compromising control standards or delivery outcomes.
  • Proactively manage delivery, technology, operational, and third-party risks; maintain RAID and ensure timely mitigation.Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and risk management practices, support assurance reviews and regulatory readiness where relevant.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Pune and global locations; build an inclusive, high-performance culture

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

  • 20+ years’ experience in technology delivery, including leading enterprise-scale application programmes.
  • Proven track record delivering large transformation programmes, ideally in Transaction Banking / Liquidity / Cash Management.
  • Strong understanding of liquidity concepts and product constructs (cash concentration, pooling, sweeping, interest allocation, liquidity reporting).
  • Strong senior stakeholder management experience (SteerCo-level), influencing decisions and driving alignment.
  • Demonstrable vendor management experience across multiple suppliers and delivery models (onshore/offshore).
  • Strong financial management experience (budget ownership, forecasting, benefits realization).
  • Strong risk and control mindset; experience delivering in regulated, high-availability environments.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps/CI/CD, release governance, and operational readiness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent experience).
