Job Profile:
The successful candidate will lead a team of Business Analysts within Product Delivery and will be accountable for the ongoing maintenance and development of Yardi IA. Activities include process design and business requirement specification; support data flow developments and system configuration; report development; SIT testing and implementation and providing support to the Ops teams.
The Candidate will also work alongside the value stream and play a key role in supporting the Real Estate Product strategy. The role will also liaise with the vendor and internal IT to ensure developments are delivered in a timely and safe fashion.
This is a Delivery role in Fund Services working within the Private Assets Product Delivery Team. The purpose of the role is to steer a team of analysts to deliver strategic change in a safe and agile fashion and to provide technical support to the BAU teams.
The role holder will work alongside the Yardi Applications owner and will be responsible for:
- Managing and owning the development and maintenance of the Yardi applications working alongside the vendor and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that satisfy business requirements
- Supporting the Strategic product build and the migration of strategic clients
- Production support/defect management
- Ensuring the team delivers in line with its demand
- Planning and prioritisation of day-to-day services across the team
Accountabilities:
- Overall Value Stream delivery of the Real Estate portfolio
- Support the Product Delivery Lead in setting the Value Stream Delivery strategy and drive standards across the teams for efficiency and effective delivery
- Support the Product Delivery Lead in enabling the delivery of Securities Services strategy through Product and Client led change delivery
- Provide hands on direction, mentoring and coaching to those involved in the team

Specific Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational oversight of the Yardi IA Voyager platform
- Support the Product owner in realising the benefits of the Yardi IA system
- Manage and maintain the development/improvement log and work with the business, Yardi & system development to ensure resolutions are sought in a timely manner
- Coordinate the following team activities: planning; prioritisation; analysis of requirements; gap analysis; co-design solutions; end to end testing activities; implementation and post-implementation support.
- Analysing and identifying solutions to satisfy business requirements - including changes to the system and business processes
- Support client migration, system migration/parallel and provide post implementation support to BAU teams
- Vendor management
- Set high expectations concerning quality control and put in place quality assurance processes
- Steer the team to meet programme objectives
- Establish relationship with external suppliers, monitor service agreement and support the Yardi Application owners in negotiations with the vendor
- Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to steering committees

- Continual review of operational/systematic processes to enhance controls & processes, promote automation, reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Actively identifying risk and use effective risk management and reduction techniques
- Ensure process documents and training guides are maintained and in line with any changes to the system
- Contribute to driving team efficiencies & resource allocation.
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate
- Solid knowledge of Yardi Investment Accounting modules and Yardi Voyager
- Proven experience implementing and running large Yardi Voyager systems
- Solid understanding of the product development cycle
- Successful experience directly supporting Investment Accounting modules
- Experience with Extract Transform and Load (ETL) functionality
Desirable Experience
- Yardi loan module, including Debt Manager
- Yardi Commercial module
- Data implementation
- Writing simple SQL queries and YSR reports
- Working with stakeholders to gain information required
- Using Voyager to troubleshoot helpdesk tickets
- Change delivery practices including a sound knowledge of a range of methodologies
- Using Jira (or similar solutions) to manage and track task delivery
