We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for OpenShift Virtualization using tools like Terraform and Ansible. 
  • Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of OpenShift clusters and virtualized workloads. 
  • Develop and maintain reusable IaC modules and playbooks for consistent and scalable deployments. 
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to integrate OpenShift Virtualization with CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize virtualized workloads and infrastructure for performance and reliability. 
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in all IaC implementations. 
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for IaC and OpenShift Virtualization. 

To be successful, you will:

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). 
  •  Hands-on experience with OpenShift Virtualization and Kubernetes. 
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation tasks. 
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments. 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts. 
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows. 
  • Knowledge of security best practices for containerized and virtualized environments. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
