We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Work with cross pod leads and consumers to clarify requirements and create low level design for it and then implement and release it.
• Work with consumers of the tooling to help and support them and troubleshoot their problems and accordingly update the documentation.
• Work with the Engineering manager to identify and prioritize the book of work for the pod and plan and execute iterations to deliver the committed features.
• Work with delivery managers to keep the IT Service complaint with internal IT controls.
• Line management responsibility for a pod.
• Assess the benefits, risks, and dependencies of various solution options by participating in technical conversations.
• Advocate for and meet high professional standards of development using technologies like Java 21, Sprint Boot 3, Angular 18, AWS (RDS - PostgreSQL, S3, VPC etc.), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Groovy etc.
• Implement product features and deliver appropriate and comprehensive tests as part of every deliverable.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 8 - 12 years of experience in IT industry
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, design and problem-solving skills. Good technical troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in Full Stack Application and Infrastructure Development and best practices using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Hibernate, AWS (RDS – PostgreSQL, S3, VPC), Terraform, Docker, K8S, Jenkins, Groovy, Splunk, AppD etc.
• Comfortable choosing and applying appropriate testing approaches.
