We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Tech SME

What you'll be doing

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define build and implement a Generative AI Agent platform from discovery through production rollout
• Architect enterprise-grade capabilities including agent orchestration workflow design tool or function integration memory and state management and a skill registry
• Establish reusable patterns and reference implementations that enable consistent delivery of agent solutions across teams
• Create onboarding pathways and developer enablement including APIs or SDKs templates and documentation to accelerate safe adoption
• Govern platform adoption at scale with guardrails that support repeatable delivery
• Own success metrics and SLOs and embed observability across logs metrics and traces
• Run evaluations and continuously tune reliability accuracy latency and cost to optimise outcomes
• Oversee end-to-end delivery managing scope risks dependencies and milestones while removing blockers across teams

What we're looking for

• Bring substantial hands-on software engineering experience with strong Python or Golang
• Demonstrate experience deploying and operating production services including Docker or Kubernetes
• Show experience working with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Bring proven experience building and shipping LLM or GenAI applications into production
• Apply agentic workflows including multi-agent patterns and tool or function calling
• Use RAG search and vector databases and build agent tooling and integration patterns such as MCP and tool or function calling
• Translate technical options into clear recommendations trade-offs and delivery plans for senior stakeholders
• Use AI-driven approaches including coding assistants to improve productivity quality and engineering practices
