We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will: 

• Lead Agile delivery as Scrum Master across Scrum and/or SAFe teams, coaching on Agile principles, ceremonies, and ways of working.
• Plan and facilitate Sprint (and where applicable PI) events, ensuring goals are clear, realistic, and protected from scope drift.
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints, blockers, and critical path.
• Remove impediments proactively by coordinating across engineering, QA, architecture, environments, release management, and third parties/vendors.
• Coordinate sprints, releases, and cross-team dependencies, keeping delivery aligned to wider programme timelines and outcomes.
• Own delivery tracking and reporting in JIRA and Confluence, including dashboards, sprint metrics, burn-down/up, velocity trends, RAID, and executive-ready status reporting.
• Drive delivery to challenging timelines via prioritisation, capacity planning, and risk-based decision-making, escalating early when needed.
• Own delivery governance for releases and change: manage ServiceNow CRs, CAB readiness, release notes/communications, test sign-offs, ITSA/eITSA, and ensure audit-ready artefacts (evidence, approvals, runbooks, rollback plans).

To be successful, you will: 

• Have proven Scrum Master experience in an Agile delivery environment (Scrum and/or SAFe), with strong coaching and facilitation capability.
• Bring strong planning and dependency management skills, able to connect team-level execution to programme-level milestones and critical path.
• Be hands-on with JIRA and Confluence, able to create meaningful dashboards, maintain RAID, and produce clear, consistent status reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a track record of removing impediments quickly, navigating across engineering, QA, architecture, environments, release/change, and vendors.
• Have release/change governance experience, including ServiceNow CRs, CAB processes, and producing/maintaining evidence for audit and control expectations.
• Show excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to drive alignment and set expectations on scope, schedule, and risk.
• Apply strong delivery discipline through prioritisation, capacity planning, metrics, and early escalation grounded in delivery data.
• Have a continuous improvement mindset, using retrospectives, action tracking, and team health checks to improve flow efficiency, predictability, and collaboration.
