Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead/Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Own SCRUM and LEAN ceremonies across engineering teams including sprint planning and daily scrums
• Facilitate backlog creation and refinement with Product Owners, Business Programme Managers and IT Project Managers
• Translate business risk appetite and posture into clear functional and non-functional requirements and user stories
• Investigate, classify and assess operational risk associated with IT systems
• Create analysis of customer journeys, product functionality and business processes to inform delivery
• Partner with developers, testers, support teams and architects to ensure quality and operational compatibility of solutions
• Coordinate release planning with other Agile teams using agreed metrics and reporting
• Oversee timely in-sprint testing and support comprehensive regression and non-functional testing where required

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bring substantial IT project management and SCRUM delivery experience
• Bring established business analysis experience within Financial Services, Software, Telecoms or Energy sectors
• Apply Agile metrics and reporting including release burndowns, sprint burndowns, velocity, user story mapping and story point sizing aligned to value-based priorities
• Demonstrate experience delivering within large complex programmes across multiple streams and geographies
• Show capability gathering and analysing non-functional requirements and performing complex business and IT systems analysis
• Demonstrate experience assessing operational risk and translating risk considerations into actionable requirements
• Hold Business Analysis (ISEB, Agile) certification or equivalent certification or bring equivalent demonstrable experience
• Hold Service Management (ITIL, DevOps) certification or equivalent certification or bring equivalent demonstrable experience
