We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Design Lead.

In this role, you will be:

• End-to-end design execution, interaction design, prototyping, and testing
• Working on design quality, delivery outcomes, and craft excellence
• Contribute to defining design direction within projects
• Applies established frameworks and problem-solving methods
• Conducts UX research leveraging tools and templates available as part of the design process
• Executes designs with high precision and attention to detail
• Collaborates closely with peers and PMs to execute scoped work
• Demonstrates end-to-end product design process and execution quality
• Communicates rationale and designs clearly to peers and stakeholders
• Applies UX writing principles and content patterns in execution

To be successful you will be:

• Strong UX/UI craft and delivery examples
• Clear process from research to execution
• Delivers best-in-class user experiences through exceptional design execution, prototyping, and iteration. Operates with autonomy under defined strategic direction
• Portfolio showing high-fidelity solutions and usability depth
• Limited UX process or research exposure
• Portfolio’s MUST be presented
• Experience in End-to-end UX design, interaction design, prototyping, visual craft, experience design, service design content design integration
