We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

  • The position is based at the HSBC office in Pune with a global sphere of influence. 
  • The ISOC Lead is a senior member of the HSDI Protective Security team with direct accountability for ISOC operations at HSDI Pune. 
  • The role operates under the guidance of the India PS Head and Group PS Technology. 
  • The incumbent is expected to drive continuous improvement, foster innovation, and ensure operational resilience in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
  • Provide expert oversight of CCTV, ACS, IDAS, and related systems from product evaluation to installation, configuration, and programming. Lead the deployment, optimization, and lifecycle management of enterprise security applications including CCURE 9000, ProWatch, March Networks, Genetec, Milestone, and HID SAFE.
  • Lead risk assessments, mitigation planning, and implementation of physical security controls across sites. Oversee guarding operations, control room processes, and incident escalation protocols. Ensure alignment with global physical security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Govern 24/7 ISOC operations ensuring seamless, scalable, and resilient service delivery.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of incident response frameworks. Champion automation, analytics, and process optimization to enhance threat detection and response efficiency.
  • Define and execute the security technology roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture. Sponsor and lead major security technology projects from concept to delivery. Ensure robust testing, integration, and maintenance processes for all platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies. Drive collaborative solution design and secure buy‑in for technology and operational initiatives. Demonstrate strong cultural awareness and adaptability in a global matrix environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal oversight. 
  • Proven leadership capability to manage diverse teams across ISOC, travel security, and intelligence functions. 
  • High integrity, loyalty, and discretion in handling sensitive information. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in leading physical and electronic security technology operations within large, complex organizations. 
  • Advanced certifications in security platforms (CCURE 9000, ProWatch, Genetec, March Networks, Milestone, HID SAFE). 
  • Recognized industry qualifications such as CPP, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CRISC, CEH are highly desirable. 
  • Strong understanding of programming, database management, networking, and systems integration. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and multi‑geographic coordination. 
  • Proficiency in enterprise applications (MS Office, Visio) and security technology tools.
