We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
Design and Development:
- Architect and develop end-to-end Pega applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Implement case management solutions, workflows, integrations, and decision rules using Pega PRPC.
- Develop reusable components, frameworks, and utilities to enhance application performance.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Lead design sessions and review Pega solutions for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, coding standards, and best practices.
Integration & Performance Optimization:
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and other APIs.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business requirements into Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Analyze, debug, and resolve Pega application issues in production and lower environments.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and propose long-term solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Pega Certification: Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) is mandatory.
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development and BPM solutions.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in Pega 7.x/8.x versions, Case Management, and Decisioning.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, UI/UX design in Pega, and integration techniques.
- Experience with Pega Rules, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Tables, Flows, and Agents.
- Strong understanding of Pega security, authentication, and access control mechanisms.
Integration & Tools:
- Experience integrating Pega with external systems using REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka, or other APIs.
- Familiarity with database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Development Methodologies:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools like Git
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead development efforts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Pega frameworks Smart Investigation
