We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will: 

• Oversee Oracle database system operations for LoanIQ database. Ensure high availability and performance of critical lending business applications.
• Troubleshoot complex Loan IQ batch issues, performance bottlenecks, platform slowness, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement and maintain data security, auditing, and compliance to controls (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
• Design and maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions using available automated Oracle solutions. Perform Delphix administration to assist in data automation.
• Complete timely vulnerability remediation, patching, and role-swap implementations directly supporting operational resilience and security compliance.
• Lead incident resolution, analyze recurring issues, implement permanent fixes, and drive proactive problem management. Enforce database best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Ensure continuous alert optimization, Lead Time To Deploy reduction and MTTR reduction.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual interventions. Work with engineering teams to integrate alert management and self-healing automation by creating and maintaining database monitoring, automation, and alerting solutions using OEM, Shell scripting, and PL/SQL.

To be successful, you will:

• Oracle DBA: Oracle 12c/19c, Oracle RAC, Data Guard, OEM and RMAN.
• Agile Methodology & Tool Chain: Jira, Confluence.
• Automation: Scripting (PLSQL, Shell scripting).
• Monitoring & Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, Control-M.
• Data Automation Platform: Delphix.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on collaborative solutions.
