We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will

• End-to-end delivery ownership: Work independently on end-to-end project delivery, ensuring project implementation; work closely with project teams and resolve blockers.
• Technical leadership: Technically lead Mainframe and document composition projects.
• OpenText Exstream expertise: Good technical knowledge of OpenText Exstream 16.6.7/23.2 on Windows and Linux; able to work independently on OT Exstream and Mainframe projects.
• Communication & stakeholder management: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including translating technical messages for non-technical audiences; effective communication, collaboration, teamwork and presentation skills to operate in a fast-moving environment.
• Troubleshooting & RCA: Excellent troubleshooting skills—quickly identify and document root cause of issues and communicate possible resolutions effectively.
• People & resourcing management: Manage people and resourcing activities such as CDP, one-to-ones, skill management and leave management; build team expertise through knowledge-sharing sessions and adopting new technologies.
• Governance, budget & service management: Ensure projects are delivered within budget using Clarity; knowledge of automation tools (APPD, SONAR, JENKINS, G3, Control-M) is an added advantage; able to perform a Service Management role.
  
  

To be successful, you will , 

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Equivalent.
• The person will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, test and production support work and need to have below skills
• OT Exstream
• COBOL
• CICS,JCL,DB2
• Endevor,Requirements gathering
• Design,Coding and Testing
