We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

In this role, you will:

• Act as subject matter expert on Payments and Cash Management Domain. Analyse and understand the current Payments systems, Cash Management product offerings within the bank in general and Virtual Accounts in particular
• Partner with the product managers and owners as a member of the technology team and create and maintain the functional design for the various modules in the platform. Understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions across a wide array of products and technologies.
• Identify, create and maintain Functional Requirements as User Stories, User Interface requirements and Service interface requirements per the processes established in the organization. Document and maintain User Stories, Functional Design, System Specification & Interface specifications
• Contribute in every phase of SDLC for the assigned program / project
• Work in an agile cross functional team and collaborate with the business and architect team to help identify and define end to end flows and solutions
• Support the SIT testing team in reviewing the testing scenarios, test cases. Review the test results to ensure all required test scenarios are executed. Support Ops/business during UAT testing.
• Work with business and POs in defining the E2E test cases and support the E2E testing phase. Conduct walkthrough to various business & partner systems and vendor partners
• Provide functional expertise during defect management lifecycle, avoid false defects getting raised. Understanding and Documenting Non-functional requirements

To be successful, you will:

• Over 12 years of IT experience, including at least 6+ years as a Business Analyst working with enterprise-level financial / banking applications.
• Ability to understand customer/business process and requirements & translate into a functional requirement across a wide array of products and technologies
• Prior experience with Cash Management products specifically Payments, Receivables, Liquidity management & Virtual accounts
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data) and capable of handling senior stakeholders across regions / countries
• Hands on experience with Agile and User Story writing. Capability to author user stories in BDD to facilitate automated test scripts preparation is an added advantage. Ability to draft Process Flows, architecture diagram & Activity Diagrams
• Good analytical and problem analysis skills, fair working knowledge of database languages such as SQL, PL/SQL. Understanding & deciphering API / JSON messages, able to self-test these messages & attest
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and contribute / challenge when the same is not in line with business requirements
• Hands-on experience in Project/Requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, etc.
