We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

In this role, you will:

  • Design and build out a green field platform in a complex distributed computing environment.  Primary responsibility is on analysis, design and coding, focusing on and supporting complex data modelling, building highly performant and resilient distributed micro services architecture
  • Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle.Lead a technical team and offer technical help as needed.
  • Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency
  • Analyze user requirements to define business objectives. Ensure application designs conform with business goals
  • Develop and test software. Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
  • Create detailed design document and present in appropriate architecture forums for approval.
  • Propose changes to current Java infrastructure. Develop technical designs for application development. Develop multimedia applications
  • Write well designed, testable code. Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging. Manage Java and Java EE application development

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

  • The role is open for both Pune and Hyderabad location.
  • Should have working experience in Core Java and J2EE, Spring , Springboot. Should be well versed and have real time experience on Junit, GITHUB, Maven, GIT, MQ.
  •  Should be having working experience in connecting and performing operation in Database using Hibernate or Spring JDBC.
  •  Should have Devops tools like Jenkins and Agile Scrum process and Jira.
  • Should have CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, Java Script. Should have ReactJS ,Angular JS or equivalent UI framework.
  • Should be able to design and author industry standard API definitions and knowledge API authoring tools like swagger
  • Working experience on the Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage. 
  •  Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle. Knowledge and experience on Mongo DB would be an added advantage.
