We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Experience in SDLC & Agile project life cycle to gather functional and technical requirements, project time-lines driving the design and development of the project. Experience in JIRA will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.
• Willingness to engage with key IT stakeholders and drive key discussions Architecture team w.r.to Design strategies and Architecture principles.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
• Strong exposure in investment banking working on Front/Back Office applications.
• Must be ready to work in UK Shift (2PM —11 PM) on ROTA basis and ready to support over weekends.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 7+ years of IT experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development life cycle in Investment Banking domain
• 5+ years of experience in Design and Development of Java/JEE based standalone (non-web) applications / web-services.
• Hands-on experiences in building UI/UX and Wireframes using front end and web technologies like ReactJS, HTML, Javascript. Hands on experience in Cloud technologies (IKP, GCP, AWS etc.)
• Exposure to message serialization and data interchange using  JSON, XMLs, XSDs etc.
• Strong experience in implementing/setting up datastore on RDBMS (e.g. Oracle/SQL) and PostGres
• Exposure to Hibernate and grasp on Java web framework including spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Micro services and Spring Security.
• Exposure to latest technology would be added advantage - angular, cloud basics, Kubernetes etc.
• Exposure to Message/Event driven architectures working with IBM MQ, SOLACE etc.
