We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of java Developer/Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Spring Boot Developer / POD Lead with 6+ years of enterprise software engineering experience to lead a delivery POD responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
• The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.0 and above, Spring Framework 6 and above, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed databases, cloud-native engineering, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and production-grade system design.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI-assisted software delivery, autonomous agents, LLM-based engineering workflows, or AI-driven automation will be considered an added advantage.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Lead the engineering POD from a technical delivery perspective and ensure predictable sprint delivery.
• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x and above, and Spring Framework 6.x and above.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate with internal and external systems using well-governed API standards.Design and implement event-driven solutions using GCP Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent messaging platforms.
• Design and work with distributed and high-volume database platforms. Work with PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, CockroachDB, YugabyteDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, or equivalent platforms.
• Support containerized application delivery using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform services such as GCP Pub/Sub, GKE, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Run, Secret Manager, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Monitoring.
• Knowledge or practical exposure to Agentic AI and AI-assisted engineering will be considered an added advantage. Relevant experience may include:
• Agentic AI concepts and autonomous workflow execution. LLM-based application development and AI-assisted software engineering. Prompt engineering for delivery, development, testing, and documentation workflows.
