We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:
•    We are seeking an experienced java developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in charge module and hands-on experience with Java and proven track record in overseeing banking trade transformation projects.
•    Be an Individual Contributor (IC) Role to closely work with POD lead and Product Owner to deliver the business outcome.
•    Experience with build and development tools such as, Eclipse, GIT, JIRA, Intellij, Maven, Ansible, Jenkins
•    Successful track record of system implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities: 
•    The candidate will be part of strategic initiative IT team which is responsible for design, develop and maintain.
•    Troubleshoot defects and come up with sustainable solutions.
•    Work with end to end teams from requirements analysis to production rollout.
•    Interact with a large global team to come up with strategic solutions.
•    Build sustainable software with quality, reusability, scalability and supportability
•    Innovate tools wherever possible.

Desired Knowledge/Experience: 
•    Candidate should have knowledge of commercial trades.
•    Candidate should know the Core Trade product like DT, GTE, TL  E2E flow - High Level
•    Candidate should have knowledge of Tread form and Ecrion platform.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on Java development.
•    Good understanding of DevOps and agile methodology 
•    Strong knowledge and experience in Core Java (Java 8, Java 17), Collections, Multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot 3.0.x, Microservices.
•    Database technologies like ORACLE.
•    Strong leadership and communication skills.
•    Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for building responsive UIs.
•    Implement component-based architecture and reusable UI components.
•    Ensure RESTful API integration and proper error handling on the client side.
•    Use state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for scalable front-end applications.
•    Apply secure authentication and authorization (e.g., OAuth2, JWT) across both front-end and back-end.
•    Optimize performance with lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient asset management.
•    Write unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end code.
•    Maintain consistent coding standards and style guides across the stack.
•    Use responsive design and accessibility best practices for inclusive user experiences.
