We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will

• The candidate will do service management for IBM FileNet,Captiva and HSBC inHouse product like CCS. He should be aware about IBM FileNet and OTX Captiva solution.The candidate must have good technical knowledge of Java,Linux and must be well versed with ServiceNow
• As roles demands, service management, the candidate will have to connect with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to manage the service and software to the latest version. The candidate needs to manage end to end project deliveries and should be able resolve any technical issues.
• Scope Management, Strategic thinking – to see a big picture and to understand if the project fits in with the organizational goals. Determine how the project impacts other business areas/projects.
• Candidate should be aware of various controls in Software Development and Deployment cycles
• Candidate will be responsible for resilience of the services he/she owns,Excellent technical abilities, leadership, decision making, strong communication skills, and adaptability to new technology
• Support of an IT Service and reply to queries of stake holders from various business units and related third parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives, including customer/user facing products, content management systems, and business information systems.
• The candidate need to participate in code build and review activities along with requirement gathering, analysis, test and production support work. Control M knowledge would be added advantage, Knowledge of Application Monitoring Tool are Splunk, AppDynamics is must.Good knowledge on Agile Tools – JIRA, Confluence

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering. 
• Total 8+ years hands-on experience
• The person will be involved in requirement gathering, analysis, build, test and production support work and need to have below skills
• Candidate must have experience in IBM FileNet, Captiva, UNIX,Control M,Appdynamics,Splunk and Troubleshooting skills
