We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Technology Management
In this role, you will:
- Drive the risk agenda for HIP, uplifting control adherence by performing regular reviews, implementing effective quality gates and reporting to demonstrate uplift, and working with ITSOs to uplift control gaps.
- Develop high quality governance processes and provide reporting and support to a range of senior stakeholders, leading to proactive outcomes for risk management.
- Lead and manage projects to deliver adherence to new controls and metrics, co-ordinating uplift requirements with ITSOs.
- Lead and manage projects to deliver strategic programmes or initiatives.
- Build trust-based relationships with key internal stakeholders including ITSOs, change raisers and senior leads including head of domain.
- Work and collaborate as part of an agile team POD.
- Collect, analyse and act on customer feedback.
- Identify areas with increased risk exposures and drive internal projects to address the findings.
- Oversee and run stakeholder governance, forums and reporting for the team, including helping to ensure risks and controls are escalated and mitigated appropriately to leadership in a timely manner.
- Build strong collaboration between peer domains with EI, CTO Risk and Control, Audit, ERM and across the business lines.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of risk management.
- Proven track record of governance and control, as well as leading programmes of work, including experience of using Helios, and representation at risk governance forums (i.e. RCMM).
- Positive outlook including problem solving, and solution-orientated thinking.
- Experience and working knowledge on HIC, Hybrid Integration Platform, Software Defined Compute, Storage and Networks.
- ITIL4 qualification strongly preferred.
- Agile methodology experience, including scrum, Kanban, stand-ups etc.
- Experience working across cultures and coordinating a globally dispersed team.
- Effective communication, problem solving skills, strategic and pragmatic approach to develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamically changing environment.
- Strong People Leadership, Articulation, Strategic Planning and Execution, Networking, and Influencing Skills.
