We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead BA.

In this role, you will:

  • Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of project financial reports along with summarizing the overall positions for senior management regarding headcounts, rates and position changes.
  • Variance Analysis - Budgets, forecasts and plans with all stakeholders end-to-end and presenting the summary regularly for Senior management to take better decisions.
  • Acts as the primary interface for the Service line portfolio of circa $150m with the split of 90m as resource cost and 25m as third-Party cost keeping the other P&L costs apart. 
  • Take ownership of all IT COO driven targets such as: Annual Direct cost target (CTB + RTB) ensure controls are in place to all allow full visibility of how the organization tracks to this number and governed annual target (CTB) Work with IT COO & PMs to ensure that all financial metrics are being tracked.
  • VSO, Pioneer, GPDM management and also being the primary facilitator for our globally located stakeholders to get through with the procurements, renewals and maintenance, Statement of Works (SOW) of varied nature (software, Hardware, resources etc.) 
  • Executing the reviews on workforce/headcount status and helping with the projections, rates, FTE spreads over the year. Leading the legal reviews, compliance features and procurement alignments smoothly and on-time for regular functioning of project operations.
  • Analyze and provide commentaries on the plan, budget, actual usage along with the forecasting for annual portfolio spend of >= $150m. Accurate controlling of rolling forecast positions for keeping track with corresponding numbers to be in line at every monthly / yearly cycle.
  • Presenting the financial metrics to senior management, proactively identifying the causes of variances, and defining mitigating steps thereof. Explaining monthly/quarterly/annual positions, finance reporting and contribute to governance forums/steering committees with required data/reports on need basis.

To be successful, you will:

  • Must have the relevant experience in managing project/portfolio finance of large portfolio of size >10M. 
  • Must have the experience financials, workforce management and governance analysis. 
  • Handy experience in managing non-financial matrices, financial and non-financial presentations (headcount / vendor spend / location footprint / perm : vendor ratio etc.) and core analysis for global portfolios.
  • Have experience on working in a matrixed organization handling Business Management/ Project Management/ Project Finance duties.
  • Having a skilled ExCo. ManCo and Top-Level Management reporting exposure along with varied reporting tools awareness and familiarity like Clarity PPM, Discover, BI, Excel and PPTs.
  • Conversant with finance metrics, able to produce relevant reports and present/explain to senior stakeholders’ / steering committees.  
  • Internal and external relationship management, knowledge on project budgeting, annual technology plan (ATP) and/or annual operating plan (AOP) and a professional with solution-oriented execution attributes would be an added advantage.
