We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Management.

In this role, you will:

  • Support engineering transformation activities that grow the capability of our engineering community, coordinating across multiple domains and business functions.
  • Facilitate engineering maturity uplift by baselining current maturity, identifying priority gaps, and agreeing uplift plans with engineering leaders.
  • Partner with HR/L&D and engineering leadership to shape training, skill development and career pathways from graduate to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Workforce teams to raise the bar in the calibre of engineers hired.
  • Support the evolution of Communities of Practice and their positive impact on engineering culture.
  • Drive adoption of engineering standards and practices through collaboration within the engineering community across software, data, operations and infrastructure domains.
  • Leverage the influence and expertise of Principal Engineers to evangelize best practices.
  • Coordinate initiatives that drive improvements, using data to define actionable insights and provide visibility of successes.

To be successful, you will:

  •  Experience in transformational change and delivery of impactful continuous improvement.
  • Be tech-forward in thinking, with a passion for researching new ideas and processes to solve problems and drive improved efficiency in engineering
  • Strong engineering mindset with experience across technology stacks, demonstrating mastery in one or more technical/ engineering disciplines.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate activities across multiple domains.
  • Ability to analyze engineering data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence large groups alongside engineering experts
