We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist

 

In this role you will:

 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of workflow automation solutions using JOC and other workflow tools.
  • Architect and implement Process APIs for automation and process transformation.
  • Act as the Technical Lead for global projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to project requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members on new technologies and best practices.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, quality control measures, and automation testing frameworks.
  • Implement DevOps practices for automated deployment and testing using tools like Jenkins, G3, and Checkmarx.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Conduct demos and playbacks for stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth project delivery and support.
  • Successfully implement and migrate BPM solutions across multiple countries, including Italy, Spain, India, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Manage large-scale migrations, such as CDD R1 to R2+, with zero production issues

 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

 

  • Extensive hands-on experience with IBM BPM/BAW (7.5.1 to 19.x), Process Designer, Process Admin, and WAS Admin Console.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JDBC, XML, JSON, MWS, and JSP.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins, G3, and Checkmarx.
  • Experience in workflow automation, process design, and project delivery.
  • Experience with FileNet, Simplesign, and Mail Agent for document management and automation.
  • Expertise in Agile and DevOps methodologies for project delivery.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and playback sessions.
  • Ability to build and lead diverse teams from scratch, including developers, business analysts, and testers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
