We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Technology Management 

 

In this role, you will

 

  • The Portfolio, Demand & Program Delivery Governance Lead is responsible for end-to-end governance of the enterprise change portfolio, including demand intake, investment prioritization, financial oversight, and program delivery assurance
  • This role ensures that strategic initiatives are selected, funded, executed, and delivered in alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, financial constraints, and risk appetite.
  • Accountable for driving Portfolio Governance across Liquidity and accounts
  • Work with product teams and manage demand across portfolio
  • Setup and drive Program Delivery Governance across L&A portfolio
  • Ensure financial discipline across the change portfolio.
  • Provide & manage department-level view of resource capacity and demand.
  • Present structured portfolio insights to tech and Product leadership. 

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirement :

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 18+ years of experience in Project/Program Delivery, Portfolio Management, Enterprise PMO, or Large Program Governance.
  • Strong experience in financial services / banking / regulated industries preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience governing multi-million-dollar transformation programs.
  • Experience with PPM and governance tools (e.g., ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Planview, Jira Align).
  • Good understanding of HSBC Group structures, processes and objectives.
  • Experience in influencing a complex and diverse stakeholder environment.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP / PgMP
  • SAFe Agilist or Lean Portfolio Management
  • ITIL
