We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Partner with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and define delivery plans
• Oversee delivery through the full change lifecycle, using iterative deployment to deliver business value
• Remove impediments and establish ways of working that help cross-functional teams be effective
• Manage medium complexity delivery risks, taking action to minimise impacts on outcomes
• Coordinate resources to optimise utilisation in line with agreed priorities and market focus
• Promote cross-functional delivery across Business and Technology partners and connected teams including HR, Legal, Compliance, Fraud and BRCM
• Strengthen adoption by working with impacted areas to maximise take-up and minimise disruption to customers and colleagues
• Embed Change Execution values and principles while sharing learnings and improving ways of operating

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bring proven experience delivering change initiatives in a retail financial services environment
• Demonstrate the ability to plan change delivery and manage risks through to completion
• Show experience managing teams of change delivery practitioners, including multi-disciplinary delivery groups
• Apply a clear understanding of the change lifecycle and what good delivery looks like end-to-end
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority
• Build buy-in and engagement across a wide range of stakeholders and delivery partners
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate options and remove delivery blockers
• Apply a pragmatic and practical approach to delivering outcomes in a changing environment
