We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights for banking products and operations.
• Write robust Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipeline.
• Work on real-time call data using Kafka.
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define data requirements and support analytics initiatives.
• Translate business questions into technical data requirements and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and governance across all analytical outputs.
• Create data quality rules for datasets and implement data governance metrics for datasets.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience with Python with Kafka to consume/produce real-time data.
• Experience with MongoDB (CRUD operations, indexes, time-series collections etc).
• Experience in AWS / Cloud Technologies
• Experience with banking systems
• Familiarity with AGILE and Scaled AGILE methodologies
