We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senor Consultant Specialist 

In this role, you will

  • Own and maintain the ITSM process control framework (control objectives, RACI, evidence standards) for Core Banking-aligned services.
  • Design, review and enhance controls across your area of remit (and Service Request where applicable).
  • Coordinate with ITSO/Responsible stakeholders to Plan and execute control testing (design and operating effectiveness), including sampling, evidence review, and clear documentation of outcomes.
  • Identify control gaps and recurring risk themes, drive remediation plans with accountable owners and target dates.
  • Manage the issue lifecycle end-to-end: logging, prioritization, tracking, validation, and closure; reduce repeat findings.
  • Produce concise MI/KPIs/KRIs on control health (e.g., compliance, governance, failure rate, timeliness).
  • Support governance forums with clear reporting, action tracking, and timely escalation of risks and blockers.
  • Act as a key contact for Risk/Compliance/Audit on ITSM process controls; prepare audit-ready evidence packs and responses. Influence stakeholders across Technology and Operations to embed consistent process execution and a strong control culture

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • Experience in ITSM, Technology Controls, Operational Risk, Assurance, or a related discipline within a technology environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL-aligned processes.
  • Hands-on experience with control testing/evidence review and strong documentation discipline.
  • Confident stakeholder management and ability to challenge constructively without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including concise governance updates and audit responses.
