 About the Role

We are seeking talented Consultant Specialist to join our Front to Back Technology team, co-building next-generation AI/ML and Agentic Capabilities . You will work in close collaboration with our China technology partners to design, deliver, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions that drive operational efficiency and intelligent automation across the bank.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of LLM engineering, agentic workflow development, and enterprise platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and implement agentic workflows, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, and autonomous task execution pipelines
- Apply advanced prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM harness engineering techniques to build reliable, production-grade AI capabilities
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems integrated with enterprise data sources
- Evaluate, select, and integrate agentic frameworks (e.g. Spring AI, Google ADK, Flowable, Camunda, n8n) appropriate to business requirements
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solution designs, owning the full design-to-delivery lifecycle
- Contribute to platform standards, engineering best practices, and reusable AI capability components
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure robust and governed AI delivery
- Support and mentor junior team members on AI engineering practices

Required Skills & Experience

- Demonstrable hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions in a professional or enterprise context
- Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM harness/chain design
- Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector store integration
- Experience designing and delivering agentic AI workflows — including agent orchestration, tool/function calling, and multi-step autonomous reasoning
- Hands-on experience with one or more agentic or workflow automation frameworks: Spring AI, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Flowable, Camunda, n8n, or
equivalent
- Ability to independently design a complete, production-ready AI solution from requirements through to delivery
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (Java, Python, or equivalent) with experience in API design and integration
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Prior experience in financial services technology or regulated industry environments
- Familiarity with enterprise orchestration or BPM platforms
- Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams, particularly across Asia
- Exposure to model evaluation, AI observability, and responsible AI practices
- Knowledge of cloud-native deployment patterns (Kubernetes, containerisation)
