We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will

• Build, deploy and support enterprise applications running on Microsoft Windows and cloud platforms.
• Configure, customise and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS), including Sales functionality and integrations with third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain enterprise integrations using web services, APIs, Mule integrations and custom web-based applications.
• Automate the deployment of data pipelines and application components using continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices in Azure DevOps.
• Develop software solutions by analysing business needs, consulting users and technology teams, investigating issues, and following the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise application and data pipeline performance using tools such as Azure Application Insights, AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Ensure data quality, security and regulatory compliance by applying appropriate technology controls and development best practices.
• Prepare technical solutions and supporting documentation, including system specifications, flowcharts, diagrams, layouts, code comments and clear, maintainable code.

To be successful in this role, you should

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least six years’ experience supporting or developing enterprise applications on Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Have at least six years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMS, including configuration, customisation, plug-ins, workflows, business rules, business process flows, web resources, data migration and data archiving.
• Have strong knowledge of the Dynamics 365 CRMS Sales module, with MB-210 knowledge or certification being advantageous.
• Have strong development experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript or comparable programming languages, together with knowledge of HTML, SQL and web resources.
• Have practical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS models, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Power Automate, Logic Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Have experience with SQL queries, SSIS, SSRS, web services, APIs, Mule integrations and enterprise application integration.
• Demonstrate strong debugging, monitoring and production support skills, including the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot performance problems and coordinate or implement fixes safely in production.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work with minimal supervision, support financial or banking applications, and collaborate effectively across Agile, DevOps and ITIL environments.
