We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business QA Associate

In this role, you will

• Responsible for Business Testing with the local countries for changes to the digital channels in public website, Internet Banking, mobile, and staff channel applications.and Ensure these meet customer expectations, both internal and external, by identifying and tracking defects before release.
• Undertake test preparation for a variety of projects, including resource estimating, planning, scoping, and identifying data and environment requirements.
• Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements and specifications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform both manual and automated testing as required, documenting test results and reporting discrepancies or defects. and Log defects in the defect tracking system with detailed information for reproduction and collaborate with developers to clarify issues and verify fixes. and Write, review, and maintain a range of testing documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Contribute to the creation of user manuals and training materials as needed. and Coordinate testing tasks for specific projects, monitor progress, and escalate issues where necessary.
• Plan and support validation activity for live releases of new services. and Work collaboratively with software delivery, change delivery, marketing, and operational areas to ensure alignment on requirements and testing objectives.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on quality improvements. and Chair and/or attend project update meetings, deliver project updates, and escalate any known issues and concerns. and Ensure adoption and use of testing standards and processes.
• Regularly review testing processes to identify ways to improve efficiency. and Adhere to mandatory objectives and align activities to departmental governance.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Good knowledge and experience of the testing process
• Strong awareness of digital channels and customer expectations
• A strong team player who is highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in the department and acknowledging other areas and individual roles and responsibilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues
• Good decision making skills to be able to evaluate importance of defects found during testing, based on impact
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Innovative having the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
• Ability to influence and challenge to ensure that customer needs are represented
