We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering.

In this role, you will:

CRM and Co-Pilot Studio Developer job responsibilities:
1.Design & Development:
• Build custom Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales/Services modules) using plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and Power Automate flows.
• Develop, train, and deploy AI-powered copilots and custom agents using Copilot Studio for conversational AI, process automation, and knowledge retrieval.
• Create custom agents for complex business scenarios (e.g., customer support, sales guidance, data analysis).
2. Copilot Studio & AI Integration:
• Architect and implement Copilot Studio solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 data models.
• Extend Copilot capabilities using custom connectors, Azure services (Bot Framework, Azure AI) and APIs.
• Design conversational flows, natural language processing (NLP) models, and agent triggers.
3. Solution Optimization:
• Enhance existing Dynamics solutions with AI-driven features (e.g., predictive insights, automated case resolution).
• Integrate Copilot agents with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft 365.
4. Testing & Deployment:
• Conduct rigorous testing of Copilot dialogues, agent logic, and Dynamics integrations.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics and Copilot components using Azure DevOps.
5. Collaboration & Strategy:
• Partner with business analysts to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on Copilot Studio’s capabilities and best practices for custom agents.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Preferred skills and experience:
• Degree in computer science, or related field
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Experience with ethical AI practices in AI models
• Microsoft Certifications - PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
• Microsoft Certifications - MB-335 (Dynamics 365 Sales & Services Developer)
• AI Certification - AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Sales Insights, or Customer Service Insights.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse AI features.
