We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Assistant Category Manager - Workforce Sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify key patterns, trends and insights that inform category strategies.
- Build and maintain automated models, dashboards, and visualisations to provide accurate and timely management information.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy and usability.
- Prepare clear and insightful reporting packs and presentations, translating complex data into actionable outcomes.
- Partner with Category Managers and Procurement teams to support business cases and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency and transparency by clearly documenting methodologies and assumptions.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
- 8+ years’ project management skills and experience in managing IT projects, drive project’s delivery.
- Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced modelling, automation and data analysis capabilities.
- Proven experience analysing large datasets, identifying trends and communicating insights effectively.
- Strong ability to build and maintain dashboards and visual reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset, with the ability to deliver independently.
- Strong written and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, prioritise effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
