We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

 

In this role, you will:

  •  Responsible for setting the change vision, drive adoption and minimise resistance to change.
  • Responsible for tracking activities, deliverables, scope and risks of the project.
  • Deliver, maintain and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across the organization.
  • Responsible for enabling all technical aspects of the change.

 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Understand the AD profile change and how it impacts application authentication.
  • Establish transformation vision, build change/awareness content, Document user journeys and change impact.
  • Strong knowledge in Intune CSPs, including deep understanding of policy structure, configuration mapping, and how to translate traditional GPO settings into cloud native equivalents.
  • Automate GPO operations using PowerShell and scripting for deployments, auditing and reporting, along with designing of WMI filters.
  • Identify and engage global stakeholders throughout the transformation, scheduling and sequencing the deployment waves, Coordinate and manage list of target users, design, run and manage the pilot implementation.
  • Ensuring alignment between operations, engineering, helpdesks and key stakeholders. Provide project status updates to sponsor group and interested stakeholders.
  • Track key programme activities and deliverables through project plan, log risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies as well as mitigate the impact of the risks.
  • Report on user completion, issues and application readiness, engage global helpdesks to understand issues/challenges.
  • Own the technical relationship with ITSOs (Define processes for ITSOs to upgrade application compatibility and provide feedback), Support issue resolution during rollout. Maintain documentation of technical processes and lessons learned to support future scaling.
