The offered role is available in the Portfolio Management team supporting Structured Real Estate and Aviation & Maritime Finance.

 

What you will do:

The role is responsible for a proactive management of Structured Real Estate and Aviation & Maritime Finance. As a Front Office Portfolio Manager, you will join a team of five and work closely with the Origination team primarily based in Paris but also across Continental Europe.

 

In this role you will:

Your key responsibilities activities will include

  • Monitoring of portfolio transactions: overseeing financings after closing until the full repayment. This includes processing drawdown requests, waiver requests and monitoring the borrower’s compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Annual reviews: preparing annual review including rating review, financial analysis and reassessment of the budget and client’s financial models. Producing portfolio analysis and presentation to credit or other internal committees on a regular basis. Monitoring of Watch List cases.
  • Direct client relationship: maintaining day-to-day commercial relationship with clients/sponsors linked to the financings including discussions and negotiations on waiver or amendment requests.
  • Financial reporting: prepare business, risk and regulatory reporting as they relate to Real Estate and Aviation & Maritime Finance

You will have the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the structured finance business. In your daily activities you will interact with various stakeholders in the bank (credit, coverage, support teams) located in various countries.

  • Existing experience in / knowledge of Real Estate Finance or Aviation Finance
  • Soft Skills: Flexibility, autonomy, ability to adapt in a continuously changing environment, strong relationships with peers and senior management, and the capacity to work closely with international teams
  • Systems: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • English: Fluent
