  • Drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring strong CRM hygiene, conversion, and prioritisation of resources.
  • Sponsor complex solutioning across domestic and cross-border payments, receivables/collections, liquidity solutions, e-channels and digital connectivity (e.g., host-to-host, APIs where relevant).

You should apply if you have:

  • Significant experience in transaction banking / cash management / payments sales leadership, ideally within a large international bank.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, pipeline conversion and wallet share across mid-market and/or innovation-led client ecosystems (start-ups/scale-ups, VC/PE-backed, tech/biotech/cleantech as applicable).
  • Strong people leadership experience: coaching, performance management, talent development and succession planning.
  • Deep understanding of cash management solutions including payments & receivables, e-channels/connectivity, reporting & reconciliation, and liquidity management.
  • Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally (Treasurer, Finance Director, CFO; and HSBC senior management).

  • Strong understanding of the regulatory and risk environment impacting transaction banking (KYC, sanctions, Financial Crime, operational risk).
