Do you have a have significant experience working directly with decision makers at international institutional clients across France and Europe? What you will do:
- Developing senior relationships, including up to c-suite level, across Intuitional clients including Banks, Insurance companies and Investors
- Create and implement client plans and strategies that deliver the business’ strategic priorities and drives enhanced revenue generation from a defined client portfolio within our risk and balance sheet appetite.
- Leverage the full range of HSBC’s product capabilities and international network to deliver solutions to our clients.
In this role you will:
- Proactively develop an understanding of the clients’ business needs and identify solutions in response to the challenges that they face.
- Drive customer satisfaction and cost containment, whilst meeting the Group conduct outcomes.
- Have a high awareness of the sector and competitor activity and share with teams and stakeholders accordingly.
- Drive collaboration with other teams and businesses across HSBC
- Understand all products and services and collaborate with key product and business partners to meet client needs.
- Serve as line manager in the team, setting expectations, sharing best practices and develop colleagues to ensure that they maximize their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities.
- Be accountable for financial and non-financial risk, including credit, operational and reputational risk for a client portfolio.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure our conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
You should apply if you have:
- Experience in covering Institutional clients, with proven record of originating and managing senior client relationships across Investors and Asset Managers.
- Leader with an ability to empower and motivate high performing individuals across ICG coverage.
- Strong understanding of macro-trends and latest industry developments to identify solutions and remain competitive in the market.
- Deep client relationships and proven relationship management skills with global and a demonstratable track record of engaging with decision makers as a trusted advisor status with large institutional clients.
- Strong understanding of the financial markets in Europe.
- Working knowledge of financial products.
- Risk management skills and a good understanding of credit and financial crime risk management as well as operational risk.
- Solutions oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and problem- solving skills
- Fluency in English with French being desirable
