We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Relationship Associate

Principal responsibilities

• Provide support to senior relationship associate in building and strengthening client relationships, managing client portfolios, streamlining process, maintaining high service and maximize return from the relationship profile.
• Assist senior relationship associate to prepare detailed credit proposals and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and monitor key account activities.
• Assist senior relationship associate to prepare, monitor and manage existing account relationship, including but not limited to closely follow up on all documentation and KYC process related to ETB credit facility and account maintenance.
• Support process completion in cross selling products and service of the bank according to customers’ needs.

Qualifications:

• Banking related working experience, preferably in credit/ sales related position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, equip matured teamwork sprit.
• Good analytical thinking, attention to details, well organized.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strictly deadline.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and computer literacy.
