As a Wealth Product Manager, you will support the development, delivery and ongoing governance of the wealth offering across the client continuum in the U.S. to both U.S. domestic investors and non-U.S. offshore investors. The role will be expected to demonstrate deep knowledge of the wealth product offering, both managed/advisory, capital markets and brokerage across client segments from mass affluent (Premier) through high net worth and ultra-high net worth private banking clients. He/she will need to build and leverage networks and relationships with key US partners such as Legal and Regulatory Compliance, the global Wealth product and due diligence teams as well as affiliated and third-party entities such as platform vendors, third party managers, etc. In addition, he/she will be expected to collaborate actively across lines of business including global markets, investment banking, asset management, etc. to develop and deliver a highly competitive product offering integrating structuring and trading capabilities for eligible high-end individual, entity and family office clients. Working closely with the various product specialists, the individual holding the role will seek to drive the strategic expansion of the wealth offering and deliver timely product launches and enhancements across the full wealth product range. The individual will be expected to understand the different product structures and documentation requirements for both U.S. domestic investors and non-U.S. offshore investors, work with stakeholders to build resilient and streamlined end to end processes, as well as to develop relevant internal training and product materials, affiliate and third-party agreements and financial reporting.

 

Here’s what you can expect:

You will work with the various Product Specialists and other involved Wealth teams to support the Wealth Relationship Managers and Investment Counselors across the existing product offering and spearhead new product launches and drive wealth product related governance and initiatives. These include relevant vendor and model management, ongoing product reviews and demonstrating leadership in sustaining an effective control environment and successful audits/reviews. As such, success will be determined by the ability to manage assigned existing wealth products effectively as well as to meet strategic and commercial business goals by expanding the product platform to key onshore and international markets, both broker dealer/RIA and family office focused, maintaining and enhancing end to end product delivery processes that are competitively positioned, fit for purpose and a good client and front office experience, building clear business cases for timely launching new products and enhancements across the various client segments, maintaining updated product and policy documentation as well as compliance with applicable regulatory and policy requirements.

 

You’ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Proven experience in wealth product management, including capital markets solutions focused on UHNW and family office clients.
  • Self- starter and proactive
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail with effective oral and presentation skills in dealing with internal clients and external providers as well as governance forums
  • Experience building and managing wealth products targeted at offshore markets and international individual and entity clients
  • Ability to develop trusted and fruitful relationships with internal and external partners with a premium on collaboration
  • Ability to manage product related projects and launches timely to meet business growth and strategic expansion goals
  • Ability to multi-task and execute at pace to deliver multiple high priority projects in parallel
  • Relevant experience in structuring and delivering wealth product solutions, including building relevant documentation, processes, controls, financial reporting, training, etc.
  • Experience interacting with internal stakeholders, e.g., Operations, Legal and Risk and with external stakeholders such as platform vendors, third party managers, etc.
  • None Required but FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent) strongly preferred

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
