  • Partner with Relationship Managers, GPS and GTS to meet client needs and improve wallet share
  • Strengthen revenue and profitability by increasing product penetration across the client portfolio
  • Champion adoption of relevant service offerings including migration of transactional business to self-service e-capability
  • Manage process changes as technology platforms evolve and ensure client servicing remains consistent

What we're looking for

  • Bring strong knowledge of the Corporate Sales business including products, clients, systems and key processes
  • Apply deep product knowledge across foreign exchange instruments including Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and Futures
  • Apply strong product knowledge across interest rate derivatives and manage a diverse and sometimes complex product set
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships across an assigned area of responsibility
  • Show a track record of identifying cross-sell opportunities including cross-border and broader bank collaboration
  • Navigate sales activity through end-to-end execution including post-trade processes and controls
  • Hold relevant exams and qualifications required by local and any cross-border market regulations for non-advisory sales and trading activities or bring equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Bring experience in team management where applicable including people development performance management and high-quality execution
